If you’ve read through our BT Office Furniture customer testimonials, you will notice that even when unforeseen circumstances have affected delivery & installation, our team of fitters are happy and willing to accommodate in any way they can.

In fact this happened recently.

Our staff arrived at 10am expecting the furniture to arrive directly from the manufacturer at 11am (we normally deliver ourselves using our own fleet, but were unable to in this instance). Unfortunately the delivery was delayed and did not arrive until 7pm that evening! Rather than complain and walk off the job, our fitters remained to take the delivery and this was the response from our client:

Hi Derek,

I would like to thank and commend your two staff members who were excellent yesterday.

They conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner and considering the waiting time were the epitome of patience.

Despite the long wait they took their time unloading and setting up when others may have been tempted to rush and get away.

Please pass on my thanks for their efforts. The rooms look really good. Hopefully the feedback today will be positive!
