Here at BT Office Furniture we have our own in-house design department with fully trained 2D space planners and 3D visual artists. We pride ourselves on our open and friendly approach to the design process. From the initial consultation we use our industry expertise to recommend products to suit your design & budget specifications.
With 2D design drawings we can bring both traditional and contemporary office designs to life. This service is free of charge to all of our customers, along with a full quotation for the products specified
PROCESS FOR THE MEDIUM/LARGER OFFICE
Clients with medium and larger offices often have architectural plans available in either .PDF or .DWG AutoCAD formats. These are the ideal point for us to start designing your new workspace from. If you have access to architectural plans and would like to start the design process then please email the relevant files to: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you do not have access to these plans, then you can make an appointment with one of our trained representatives who can perform a full site survey and discuss your requirements in depth.
Depending on the size of the contract and the nature of the design, a 3D design service is also available, in conjunction with full 3D walk-through videos. This service is mainly for large office refurbishment projects and will usually be billed at an agreed price, which is then refunded once the contract is secured.
PROCESS FOR THE SMALLER OFFICE/HOME OFFICE
Initially we will require a dimensioned sketch or plan of your office, along with the look you would like to achieve and your preferred style of furniture. Our CAD department will then produce a 2D design free of charge along with a full quotation. Any revisions you would like made to the initial design are also free of charge.
If your are local to our showrooms then a site survey may be offered if you cannot provide a dimensioned sketch or plan.
